Book Fair
Our annual book fair is one of the highlights of the school year. The staff and students look forward to seeing the theme and decorations. Our wonderful group of volunteers go the extra mile to encourage our children's love of reading.
The school and classroom libraries also benefit from this fair as generous parents purchase books from the staffs "wish lists." These donations help keep interesting books available to the children while helping to keep our schools expenses down.
Through donation made to "One for Books" we have been able to provide almost 1000 books to children in distressed situation. For every dollar donated, Scholastics donates a book to one of three charities. What a wonderful way to share our blessings.

You never know who may stop by during our book fair. In the past, the kids enjoyed a visit from Clifford the Big Red Dog and Liz the lizard from the Magic School Bus.
We have enjoyed family events during the fair such as our "Build-A-Book" event were the children designed and built their own story book.
